Things to do instead of sleeping

Pretty much every night I tell myself that I’ll go to bed at a decent hour. Considering the hours I work that means 1:00 in the morning, yet every night I’m awake until 2:00 or 3:00.

Last week I was trying to fall asleep early and my body was just not having it. My mind was racing and thinking about all the things that I need to do this week, so I came up with a list of things to do instead of sleeping.


 Go through my planner and make sure the next six months are up to date

 Watch an entire season of The Office

Season 2,3 and 4 are my personal favorites

 Do that work out DVD I bought a year ago

 Stalk people I went to high school with on Facebook

 Check all my social medias to make sure I haven’t missed anything important in the last hour

So there it is, my list of things to do instead of sleeping.
